Write or call. Give us your name, a number we can reach you on, the date of what happened, and what you would like done about it.
We reply the same day. We resolve within 7 days.
What this covers
- Anything published here you believe is wrong about your institution or your family
- How we have handled your personal information — your name, number, email, or anything you told us in an enquiry
- A request to see, correct or delete what we hold about you
- Our conduct, our advice, or our fees
If you are a school or college
If a page here states something incorrect about your institution, write to the Grievance Officer with the page address and what is wrong. Tell us what you publish and we will carry it. We do not charge for a correction, and we ask nothing in return for one.
