What you are paying for
The Edu Consultant is paid by families for guidance. No school or college pays us to be listed, recommended or ranked. Your fee covers our time and our advice. It is separate from anything an institution charges you, and we never collect a fee on an institution’s behalf — money owed to a school or college is paid to that institution directly, against its own receipt.
What we stand behind
On the cases we accept, we guarantee the admission. We check the admission route and your eligibility first, and we take a case on only when the institution’s own route is open to you, which is before any fee. Once we commit, we do it. The guarantee, its conditions and the remedy are set out in the service agreement you sign.
A seat that a counselling authority allots is decided by the rank list, and nobody can promise one. Where waiting for counselling is the better choice, we say so.
What we charge
Our fee depends on what you need, and we quote it before any work starts. You will always know the amount, and what it covers, before you pay anything.
Refunds
Within 48 hours of payment, and before work has started, the fee is returned in full. Tell us by email or phone. No reason needed.
After 48 hours, or once work has started, the fee is not refundable. By then it has been spent on time we cannot recover — the research, the calls, and the reading behind the advice.
Where an admission we guaranteed does not come through, we offer you an equivalent institution and course, and if you would rather not take the alternative, our fee is refunded. The conditions and the timeline are in the signed agreement.

We reply the same day. We resolve within 7 days.
